Bio
Guðrún Sigurðardóttir graduated from the Iceland University of the Arts with a BA degree in Fine Art in 2018 and with a MA degree from the same school in 2020. Before Guðrún is a Registered Nurse and until she started studying art she worked at the National Hospital in the field of oncology.
Three dimentional works and installations have been the major theme in Guðrún´s creation. Forms made with crochet and textile, constructed with concrete, organic with abstract connection to the human body and other natural phenomena.
